How to Sterilize
For proper sterilization of the Staleks Pro Exclusive 21-2 Cuticle Scissors, follow these steps:

Disinfection: Clean the scissors with a disinfectant suitable for surgical steel tools. Use a hospital-grade disinfectant for effective cleaning before sterilization.

Autoclaving: Place the scissors in a sterilization pouch with an indicator. Sterilize in an autoclave at 132°C (270°F) for 3.5 minutes at 2.8657 atm pressure.

Drying: After autoclaving, store the scissors in their sealed pouches to maintain sterility until needed.

Air Sterilization (Dry Heat): Alternatively, sterilize the scissors in a dry heat sterilizer at 180–200°C for 60 minutes. Use sterilization pouches designed for dry heat sterilization.

Storage: Once sterilized, store the scissors in a sterile, dry environment. Sterility lasts up to 30 days if the pouches remain sealed and intact.
