Professional nail artists can’t afford long waits or complicated returns. That’s why PROFMANICURE partners with leading courier Packeta International to deliver your favorite gels, tools and accessories safely—every single time.

1. Shipping at a Glance

  • FREE EU shipping on orders ≥ €100 (after discounts & VAT).
  • Orders under €100 – live rate during checkout, calculated by destination & weight.
  • No minimum order value: buy exactly what you need.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) available in select countries; COD fees are excluded from free-shipping threshold.

1.2 Order Processing

Orders placed by 10:00 CET on business days ship the same day. Weekend or late-day orders leave our warehouse the next business day.

1.3 Delivery terms

Delivery is carried out throughout the European Union using international courier services. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. The estimated delivery time depends on the destination country and typically takes from 3 to 10 business days.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Romania, Bucharest, Strada Argentina 25.

2. Hassle-Free Returns

Your satisfaction drives us. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—fast.

2.1 Eligibility

  • Return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new, unused, unopened, in original packaging with all accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened gels, creams, liquids or other consumables.
  • Custom-mixed shades or products modified to your specifications.
  • Clearance or seasonal promotions explicitly marked “Final Sale”.

2.3 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team via or email info@profmanicure.com.
    Include your order number and photos of the item(s) from all angles.
  2. Our agent will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and guide you through Packeta’s drop-off or pick-up options.
  3. Pack items securely. Insert the completed withdrawal / exchange form in the parcel.

Return shipping for “changed-my-mind” items is paid by the buyer. If we shipped the wrong or defective product, we cover all return costs.

2.4 Refunds

Once the parcel reaches our QC team and passes inspection, we refund the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank-transfer refunds require your IBAN & SWIFT/BIC details.

3. Damages or Lost Parcels

Please inspect the outer box before signing. Note any visible damage on the courier’s device or refuse delivery. Afterwards, send us photos within 24 hours so we can open a claim and ship replacements immediately.
