Prepare the nail plate: perform a manicure and apply a dehydrator and primer (ultrabond).
Apply a base coat and cure in an LED lamp for 60 seconds.
Apply a layer of BIBLIOTEKA Cat Eye Lolly 23.
( For a more pronounced effect, apply a white, milky, or black base color).
Hold a magnet 2–5 mm above the nail surface for 3–5 seconds until the desired highlight is formed.
If necessary, apply a second thin layer and cure again.
Seal with a top coat (glossy or matte) and cure in an LED lamp for 120 seconds.
